My name is Eleni (Lena) Digidiki and I am project manager at ONE INSIDE in Switzerland.
I was born on 15.01.1981 in Thessaloniki and raised on the windy island of Lesvos in Greece.
I hold a diplom in civil engineering and worked as project manager for architectural projects in Athens, Greece.
After finishing my studies in graphic design in 2009, I worked as freelance communication designer, web designer and web developer.
In 2011 I moved to Germany and in 2014 I completed my master degree in Media Architecture from the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and my masters thesis project Our Meeting Places was nominated for the Media Architecture Biennale Awards 2014 as one of the three best projects in the category “participatory architecture and urban interaction”.
In 2015 I moved to Switzerland and worked for 3 years at iart ag as project manager of international projects, such as the Hyundai Pavilion at the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics and the UK Pavilion at the Astana EXPO 2017.
Since February 2018 I work as project manager at ONE INSIDE in Liestal, Switzerland.
When I am not working, I like to do sports, have fun with my friends or fly to new destinations. I also love to read, write or discuss about different topics: from technology to theatre and from data visualizations to architecture (and everything in between). I was editor for the greek magazines COOL: (2004-2005), OZON international magazine (2007-2008), online magazine 10percent.gr (2008-2009), w/e magazine (2010) and co-admin & blogger for the blog freedomisland.wordpress.com (2007-2015). As designer, I was featured in METROPOLIS / EROTES greek magazine.
